Since the weather here in Romania has been so “friendly” later, I have decided to share with you a very weather-appropriate outfit.
This one is more on the casual side, but as simple as it may seem, I believe that the details and the color combo make it stand out.
Even though this may not be your usual “fashion blogger inspired” outfit, it is a cool and casual look that anybody can wear anywhere. It is super comfortable and it is perfect for going to classes or meeting with friends.
I believe that fashion bloggers nowadays set very unrealistic expectations in terms of clothing. I mean, who in the world wears a skirt at -10° Celsius? And who can actually walk in heels on slippery ice? If you’re into that kind of thing, good for you, everybody is free to wear whatever they like.
For the rest of us who have to actually face the cold winter weather, here is a totally foolproof outfit:

I have always been the type of person who loved rainy days. Don’t get me wrong, nothing motivates me and energizes me more than looking at the blue sky on a sunny day, but the smell of the air after the rain and hiding under a blanket with a cup of tea or hot chocolate… priceless. That’s why my absolutely favorite season is, without any hesitation, fall.
I am in love with fall fashion, maybe because I have always had this weird thing – and I hope I’m not the only one – for getting all covered up and cozy; it makes me feel safe. When I was little and there was a storm outside, I would go and sit in the corner of my room, between the bed and the wall, with one of my toys, both of us covered in a blanket, and not only would I feel protected, but I would also feel comfortable and happy. Therefore, the simple action of switching from tank tops to fluffy sweaters, from sandals to boots and from cardigans to coats, to me, is the equivalent of opening a Christmas present. They say “home is where the heart is”. For me, home is the place where I grew up, because only there I feel like myself, I feel happy and motivated to develop myself, because there are too many distractions anywhere else. There is no place where I feel better than at home, surrounded by everything that, until a while ago, I have completely forgotten to love – the mountains, the forest, the wild flowers. To me, my hometown is the most beautiful place on Earth.
I know, I know, you might have heard this a hundred times: not caring about what other people think is super important. But just think about it: it’s right, isn’t it? And I am putting it out there because this idea has been proven to me pretty much every single day lately. Continue reading

From what I can remember, as soon as I purchased every item of this look during the summer, I knew that I would pair them in this exact outfit. I have ALWAYSSS wanted a red plaid shirt, because it is a timeless piece, and my mother agreed, but not in the good way. She said that it is old fashioned and that she had one herself when she was my age, but I bought it anyway, because I knew that there are endless ways in which you can wear this item.
Absolutely in love with this awesome weather! Even though I’m a huge fan of layering and of cozy items, I must admit that I kind of missed wearing skirts and sleeveless tops.
Later edit: the day when I had this shooting was NOTHING like this day when I am posting it. It is raining and it’s awful. Think I’m gonna wear a long coat, because the umbrella simply isn’t enough for this storm.
But, let’s get back to brighter days.

This outfit has been created especially for my new and beloved Stradivarius scarf. You know that feeling, after you have just bought a piece that you really like and you feel that you want to wear it forever? Well, that’s how I feel about this scarf. Last week I went shopping, looking for a black leather jacket. After a five minutes tour inside Stradivarius, I haven’t found any suitable jacket, but I spotted this adorable scarf. I analyzed it for a long time, I tried it on, but I have decided to leave it there, because I wasn’t looking for a scarf and I didn’t actually need it, because I have so many at home. The story of this outfit is simple: once upon a time ( actually, at the beginning of this summer ), I was sitting in my room, reading Elle Magazine, when I spotted the cutest combination: denim shirt plus black jeans. In the picture, they were paired with a black leather jacket and black ankle-length boots, but I have decided to change the idea a bit, because it was too rock-ish for my mood at that moment.
I have bought this entire outfit, except for the jewelry, as a gift for myself for passing all the exams with good grades. Initially, it was not an outfit, because I haven’t bought all the pieces at once, but I have always wanted a pair of white Converse sneakers and a denim shirt and I really needed a pair of black jeans, so I decided to spoil myself with some new clothing items. When I was in middle school, I would always hear people saying that high school years were the best, that it would be the time of our lives and that we would always remember this experience. They were completely right.
It’s been exactly three months since I finished high school. And today I was feeling a little nostalgic. So I’ve decided to take a look over the photos from our prom. Because they just reminded me of all the beautiful experiences that I had during high school.

After years and years of following and admiring other fashion bloggers, I have finally decided to start my own blog, Little White Diamond. I can’t wait to share with you some of my thoughts about fashion, lifestyle and beauty. I know that you may have already heard some of my future tips for at least a hundred times, but I am going to talk about some subjects anyway, even though they are already known facts, because, if I ever give you any tip, it means that it has been verified by me, so you have an extra opinion. 🙂
