HOW TO STAY HYDRATED?

I don’t know about you, but I always forget to drink the right amount of water every day. And, as we all know, drinking plenty of water, especially during the summer, is extremely important. Therefore, if you are anything like me and you tend to forget about the famous 2 liters of water per day, here is the trick that I have been trying for several weeks, and it works pretty well for me.

 
Do you remember my “Details” post? If not, you should check it out HERE, in order to see what a huge difference small things and gestures can do. As far as I am concerned, I have started drinking a lot more water every day since I have bought a pretty bottle. Yes, you read well. By filling a nice bottle with water, my brain started wanting to use that object more often. As a result, Alex is more hydrated and happy.
 
 
As a side tip, don’t forget to also keep your skin hydrated! You can do so by having a home spa session.
