TIME OF MY LIFE – GOODBYE, HIGH SCHOOL

When I was in middle school, I would always hear people saying that high school years were the best, that it would be the time of our lives and that we would always remember this experience. They were completely right.
It’s been exactly three months since I finished high school. And today I was feeling a little nostalgic. So I’ve decided to take a look over the photos from our prom. Because they just reminded me of all the beautiful experiences that I had during high school.

Thank you

First of all, I have learned a lot of things… About life, relationships, opinions and mathematics. But the only things that I am sure that I will remember are the memories I have with my classmates and teachers.
I am going to be honest. So I won’t say that I was scared on my first day of high school. In fact, I was looking forward to impressing everyone, building friendships, and giving my best in everything. But I soon realized that it was not easy at all. Because some teachers were demanding a lot from us. Some students were not as nice as I thought. And I was definitely not the only one who was aiming for the big prize.
In the beginning, I was like any other student: complaining about tests and waking up early, disliking some teachers, and wishing for every semester to end as quickly as possible. But now I realize that, even though sometimes I had a difficult time in high school, it really was the time of my life.
That is because I have made so many friends, I got good grades, I had a lot of fun and I have become the person I’ve ever wanted to be. I am going to miss EVERYTHING: my classmates, my teachers, the school, the classes, the parties and the way the sunlight was flooding our classroom during spring. So I really hope that every friendship that I have built during high school will last, because now, while looking at pictures with my classmates, I realize that I love each one of them. And I am going to miss all of them,. Because they were all special to me in their own way.
The dress that I wore is custom-made. I have always wanted to wear a long, red dress to my high school graduation prom. So I am really happy because my dream came true.
I have asked one of my friends to take a photo of me. And the result is a picture which is very, very dear to me:
